Effective July 20, 2026
DaBoard is a sports-market analytics and daily-fantasy research tool. We collect publicly available sports-wagering market data and sports statistics, analyze them, and show you the analysis: de-vigged fair lines, price comparisons, line movement over time, DFS lineup research, and the fully graded records of our automated practice bettors.
DaBoard is not a sportsbook and not a betting service. We accept no wagers, hold no gambling funds, do not link to betting sites, and never tell you what to bet. Nothing on DaBoard is betting advice, a tip, a pick recommendation, or a guarantee of any outcome. The automated bettors on our ledger stake fake money; their records are a research instrument — history, not prediction. “Following” one is a notification preference, not a recommendation from us.
You must be at least 21 years old — or, where 21 is not the governing threshold, the age of majority in your jurisdiction — and legally permitted to access sports-wagering market data where you live. You confirm this when you first enter the app. That confirmation is your attestation: we do not verify age or location, and complying with the laws that apply to you is your responsibility. If accessing this kind of analytical data is unlawful where you are, you may not use DaBoard.
Sign-in is by email magic link. You're responsible for your account and anything done from it — don't forward your sign-in emails. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, scrape data, or violate these terms.
Paid plans (current prices on the pricing page) are billed via Stripe on the cadence you choose. We never see or store your card number. Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial periods, except: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund that charge. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep the old price through their next renewal.
We publish wins and losses alike and never delete a graded result. Even so: past performance of any strategy, model, or automated bettor shown here is not indicative of future results. Markets move; edges decay. Any decision you make anywhere — including any wagering decision made with third parties, entirely outside DaBoard — is your own, at your own risk, with your own money. If you gamble elsewhere, read our Responsible-use notice; if gambling is a problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.
DaBoard's models, content, code, and brand are ours; you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while your subscription is active. Player names, team marks, and league branding belong to their respective owners; nothing here is endorsed by any league.
DaBoard is provided as-is. We don't warrant uninterrupted service, error-free data, or any particular result from the analysis we publish. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We accept no wagers and direct none; we are not liable for gambling losses of any kind incurred anywhere.
You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your access ends; we keep required audit records as the law demands.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where DaBoard is operated. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in that state, except where applicable law gives you the right to a court proceeding.
We can update these terms. Material changes get notice in the app (and by email for subscribers) 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use DaBoard after that means you accept the update.
Questions, refunds, data requests: support@daboard.app.
Plain-English working draft. A lawyer-reviewed version replaces this before scaling to a meaningful subscriber base. The intent (no shady clauses, easy cancel, real refund window) doesn't change.
